Glenn was the development / Project Manager on a couple of industrial projects that I was the builder on. One was a $6.5 million industrial complex in Townsville industrial estate of The Bohle. During that process I dealt with Glenn on a number of different levels from his basic building knowledge for fixing onsite construction problems, through to detailed council issues that he resolved through his dealing with the local council. I found Glenn very easy to deal with and very professional in his approach to resolving any problems and planning to ensure major problems did not happen.
I also dealt with Glenn on a 37 unit industrial project in Meadowbrook where I was asked to take over the construction of the project from a builder that had gone broke. I dealt with Glenn with negotiations with subcontractors to get them back onsite even when they had not been fully paid by the previous builder. Glenn was very approachable and sympathetic to their issues and was able to assist in getting them back onsite and getting the project complete. This in itself is a very difficult task which he was doing while also convincing the financier and the council to let them take over the site and continue with construction.
Based on my dealing with Glenn I would be more than happy to refer him to anyone who needs an organized reliable construction professional.

Glenn completed a full renovation and house extension to our home in Hamilton. We found him very easy to deal with and nothing was ever a problem. The work he did and the trades he arranged for us all completed the work to a very high standard and in a clean timely manner.
We also engaged Glenn to arrange the renovation of our investment property in Windsor. The work completed was again of a high standard which produced a very livable house and made it easier for us to rent. Both homes are on small tight blocks that are difficult to access and build on, however this was never a problem for Glenn.
I would have no problems in recommending Glenn to anyone who requires assistance with their construction project.

Over a period of time I have had Glenn undertake several projects for myself. These have been quite large projects such as the complete renovation of several homes. They have varied from a renovation Queenslander to the lift and slide sideways and complete renovation of two homes and also some smaller projects such as extensions, deck constructions, and concrete slab/driveway constructions.
I have always found Glenn to be very professional in all of his undertakings. He is a good negotiator with all the different trades used in these projects. He always follows-up on any of the requirements that are necessary to keep to timelines and complete the projects on time and within budget.
